We utilize SMT and thru hole technology, with QFN and DFN capabilities. A range of techniques are employed to meet exacting specifications including hand insertion, hand soldering, reflow, wave soldering, and selective soldering. The presence of an IPC-A-610 Certified trainer and the integration of comprehensive testing and inspection platforms including AOI, X-ray, manual inspections, and functional inspections ensure that all assembled products meet specifications for accuracy and integrity. Box build assembly services are available, along with additional value added services including conformal coating, and component sourcing.
